Nick's Law

Nick's Law is a Bill before the Ontario Legislature that was introduced in 2017 by the Honourable Lisa MacLeod, Minister of Children, Community and Social Services in the Ontario Provincial cabinet that would require at least 10 percent of the government’s annual advertising budget to be allocated to education and awareness campaigns on the risks of taking opioids, fentanyl and fentanyl-laced counterfeit drugs.
